Cake of llardons
Ingredientes:

1 kilo of flour half a force
25 grams of salt
50 grams of butter
600 grams of water
600 grams of butter
400 grams of llardons carved very even
Procedure:
Kneading, make three folds with the butter alone and then make two folds with the llardons.

Making the pieces, painting them with beaten egg, pine kernel and sugar and cooking to 200ºC during some 25 minutes.
