200 g of flour 100 g of sugar 100 g of candied fruits 50 g of pine kernels 20 g of baking powder 4 spoonfuls of milk 2 eggs A grated lemon 50 g of butter oil 5 g of salt
Procedure:
Warm the milk. When the milk is hot, put it out of the fire. Pour the
baking powder and some flour and mix it until it turns to a sofá mass,
a ball. Cover that ball with a cloth and keep it hot until it double its volume. Then grab the flour, use a strainer so the mass will be very spongy,
and make a volcano in a bowl putting the eggs, the grated lemon and
the butter in the middle. When the mixture has been done, mix it with the reserved mass. Mix it
with the hands until turns into a compact pastry. On the oven tray, put oil so the mixture will not stick and spread the
mass to all the background. Give the form that you want to and paint
the superior side with water or yolk with a brush. Finally, place above of everything the pine kernels and the candied
fruit. The sugar can be put over. Let it rest the time of heating the
oven. Put the cake and, in twenty minutes or until if puncturing it
with a knife and the knife comes out clean, it is cooked.
